This is exactly what I needed to read right now, thank you! Going back to basics - eat, sleep, move and connect with friends - and downloading The Practice now!

It was quite a coincidence that I had just written about this concept for my own work and then I listened to your talk with Sean and was like 'damn, get out my head Saddoris!'

I've been following this path for a few weeks now and it actually took two or three weeks before I started to notice a difference. I've been prioritising morning pages, a walk up a steep hill with my Basset and meditation as my trinity. It's hard though. I committed to going up the hill for 30 days in January -- not the best month weatherwise on Arran -- but I did it. I made myself accountable by posting a YouTube short from the top every day. Honestly, I struggle with the meditation part though. I'm not sure why yet.

And diet - I committed to a month of low-carbs as part of my mastermind group to get my blood sugar back under control. I'm diabetic and was basically using sugar to self-harm. So far, it's working.

The biggest win from my feeling better is in the relationship with my wife. We had a weekend away together last week and it felt like it did when we were courting. I'm sure a big part of that is down to my not acting like the usual arse that I tend to be when I'm feeling scared and overwhelmed.

Another big part of what helps me to feel well is to talk about it in writing and video, just as you're doing here! Well done! I've learned a lot about how to practice good habits just through coming clean in my content!
